Building relationships is at the heart of successful investment. Events provide opportunities to showcase Greater Essex’s strengths, introduce investors to key projects and sectors, and connect businesses with the people and organisations that can help them grow.
Throughout the year, Extraordinary Essex works with partners to promote Greater Essex at major national events. These events help raise the profile of our towns, cities and business locations, while creating opportunities to attract investment, unlock development and support economic growth.
Whether you’re an investor, developer, occupier or business leader, our events programme offers valuable opportunities to learn more about Greater Essex’s investment proposition and explore opportunities across one of the UK’s most dynamic economies.
The UK Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF) is one of the UK’s leading investment and development events, bringing together investors, developers, local authorities, government representatives and businesses from across the country.
Taking place in May each year, at the event Greater Essex partners come together to showcase major development opportunities, investment sites, infrastructure projects and growth sectors. The event provides a platform to demonstrate the scale of ambition across Greater Essex and to engage directly with organisations looking to invest, develop and grow.
From transformational regeneration projects and employment sites to innovation, energy and advanced manufacturing opportunities, UKREiiF helps connect investors with the projects shaping Greater Essex’s future.
