Who are Marmoset?

We are an Essex-based specialist in interactive technology for the property sector, designing and developing immersive sales and marketing tools that help developers sell new homes off plan.
Our work combines intelligent software with engaging digital experiences to support sales teams at every stage of the buyer journey. From web-based platforms and touchscreen applications to interactive virtual tours, we create tools that bring developments to life long before they are built.
Working closely with property developers, sales and marketing partners — both independent consultants and agencies — we transform architectural drawings and CGI assets into intuitive, visually compelling digital experiences.
At our core, we are problem-solvers with extensive expertise in web design and development. Where we add true value is in simplifying complexity: taking detailed development plans and developing them into seamless, beautiful digital journeys that enhance the customer experience.

What have you been up to in 2025?

2025 has been a year of growth and refinement for Marmoset.
We have seen a lot of success with growth across a number of new clients and continued to support existing property developers across Essex and the wider UK. We have been delivering interactive sales tools for large-scale residential schemes and city locations also. Where we have focused this year on improving scalability — ensuring our platforms can seamlessly support developments of varying sizes, from apartment blocks to multi-phase countryside developments, we have the opportunity to deliver group deals for a number of our clients with ease.
Alongside project delivery, we have invested heavily in enhancing our core product offering. This has included:

  • Strengthening performance and responsiveness across devices
  • Developing more modular, adaptable frameworks to streamline project deployment
  • Improving integration between CGI, floorplans, availability data and sales team workflows
  • Expanding our analytics capabilities to better track user engagement and buyer behaviour

We have also continued building strong partnerships with CGI studios, marketing agencies and hardware suppliers to ensure our solutions are cohesive, future-ready and aligned with the evolving expectations of modern buyers.
As demand for high-quality digital sales experiences increases, we’ve seen continued year-on-year growth and are proud to be creating skilled digital roles within Essex – with the hope of more job opportunities on the horizon.

What are your plans for 2026?

In 2026, our focus is on two key areas: client growth and product evolution.
We plan to deepen our relationships with property developers across Essex and the South East, while also expanding our reach nationally. Our ambition is to become the go-to interactive partner for scalable property marketing solutions.
Product development will be a major priority. We are working on advancing our platform capabilities to provide even smarter solutions for property marketing — improving automation, evolving our features to make the customer journey that much more elevated, and ultimate develop a sustainable software that our clients have come to trust over the years.
Ultimately, our goal is to create technology that not only enhances sales suites but also integrates seamlessly into the wider customer journey — from first enquiry through to completion.

Is Essex a good place to do business?

Absolutely. Why we like being local to Essex is that all our suppliers and business partners are within an hours journey. We value working with local developers and partners within Essex also as being close to home brings real advantages:

  • Strong regional property growth and understanding of local regeneration projects
  • Proximity to London without London overheads
  • A supportive business ecosystem that encourages collaboration

Essex offers the perfect balance of opportunity, connectivity and community. We’re proud to contribute to the region’s growing tech and property landscape.

Could Marmoset expand into other sectors, such as tourism?

There is that potential of course, and our technology is well positioned to do so. At its core, what we build is about enhancing the customer journey through interactive digital experiences. While our expertise currently sits within property marketing, the principles behind our platforms — intuitive navigation, immersive visualisation, real-time data and user engagement — translate naturally into other sectors.
Where interactive tools could support destination marketing, visitor centres or large-scale attractions. Retail is another strong opportunity, particularly in experiential environments where digital touchpoints enhance purchasing decisions.
We are always exploring how our interactive software can be adapted to support industries that rely on visual storytelling and guided customer journeys.
