UKREiiF is the country’s leading event bringing together investors, developers, local authorities and industry decision-makers to accelerate sustainable, inclusive and transformative regeneration.
Held annually in Leeds, it attracts more than 16,000 delegates and provides a national platform for showcasing major investment opportunities, forming strategic partnerships, and shaping the future of the UK’s built environment.
The Greater Essex Hub will showcase the region’s status as a powerful economic engine, with the potential to create 50,000 new jobs by 2030 and add £8 billion annually to regional output.
Senior leaders from across the public and private sector will join activity across the three days, helping to reinforce the region’s position as a nationally significant hub for regeneration, innovation and global competitiveness.
Greater Essex is ready to deliver. With scale, momentum and strategic alignment already in place, targeted investment and partnership can unlock growth that benefits not just the region, but the UK economy as a whole.
