Agreement for Final phase of Harlow Innovation Park

An agreement has been reached to accelerate the final phase of development at Harlow Innovation Park.

Harlow Council has announced an agreement with leading property developer Wrenbridge which will enable the development of the remaining plot at the park, in London Road.

It follows a number of major investments and openings at Harlow Innovation Park.

Recent highlights include the opening of the £25 million David Lloyd Harlow Club, a state‑of‑the‑art leisure and wellness facility, as well as construction starting on the £30 million Identity development following a groundbreaking ceremony.

The park has also benefitted from the opening of The Social Club, a modern café and community venue celebrating Harlow’s social club heritage as well as enhanced landscaping and improved parking.

Since forming in 1993, Wrenbridge has grown into one of the UK’s leading property developers, delivering successful projects nationwide.
