Who are Vibe Agency?

Vibe Agency helps businesses to scale by streamlining admin-heavy operational processes. We build custom digital solutions that integrate with existing systems to improve efficiency, data visibility and customer experience. As businesses grow, operational processes become harder to run consistently. We automate repeatable steps, connect systems so data stays accurate, and bring legacy tools and fragmented processes into a single, reliable platform. The result is less manual effort, fewer errors, and clearer information to support day-to-day decision-making. Over the last 10 years, we have worked with businesses and public sector organisations, delivering solutions across industries including healthcare, education, retail, media and events.

What have you been up to in 2025?

In 2025, a highlight for us has been our work in healthcare. We have been working with the Local Medical Committees on an AI-powered platform to support the Essex GP community. The platform will improve how information and guidance are shared, whilst also streamlining internal operational processes to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency. Alongside this, we have been working with training hubs and education providers to develop platforms that support end-to-end training delivery for the NHS primary care workforce. The work reduces manual administration through automation and supports training delivery that aligns with clinical guidance and workforce development needs. This has also led to us joining the NHS Clinical Entrepreneurs Programme as mentors. We were pleased to be invited and have been volunteering our time and expertise to support innovators and founders developing new clinical products. Outside of healthcare, we became sponsors of our local team, Chelmsford City FC, and have been supporting the club’s digital plans.

What are your plans for 2026?

A key focus for 2026 is growing the company through product development, turning what we have learned from working with businesses into AI-powered products. We are already working with a small number of partner businesses to shape and refine these tools before rolling them out more widely. Our focus is on building products that integrate seamlessly with existing systems, making them easier for more businesses to adopt.
We are also excited to have been recently accepted onto the latest Grow London Global cohort. We are one of the Essex businesses selected for the programme, which supports growing companies with international expansion. In 2026, we plan to build on this as we explore international opportunities, focusing on the right markets and partnerships.

What advice would you give to aspiring Essex entrepreneurs?

Focus on improving a few high-impact areas. A 1% gain in the right place, repeated consistently, compounds into much bigger results. Start with the core areas and work them week by week: your offer, your sales process, and how you deliver for customers. The founders who do well are rarely the ones chasing big jumps every month. They are the ones who keep moving, keep learning, and keep improving the fundamentals.

Would you say that Essex is a good place to do business? If so, why?

Essex is a great place to build a business, with a strong community of established businesses alongside ambitious growing companies.That creates real opportunity to form partnerships, build a strong local presence, and stay close to the communities you serve.

What strengthens Essex further is the support available to businesses as they grow. There are active innovation hubs and business networks, alongside support from local councils and regional programmes that help businesses connect, hire, develop skills and access new opportunities. This practical infrastructure makes it easier to build momentum and grow over the long term.
