Essex Build 2025

The Essex Construction Alliance (ECA) was established in September 2023 to support the growth and stability of the Essex construction sector through numerous networking events. The alliance had grown to over 250 by the end of December 2024. These events aimed to offer opportunities, connections, and knowledge to the sector.

Following the alliance’s expansion, newly appointed Sector Growth Lead, Kirstie Forrester, prompted discussions about hosting a large-scale event similar to London Build and Kent Build. Essex, ranked 5th nationally in terms of size and contributing over £5.6 billion to the UK economy, presented a significant opportunity for such an event. The success of the alliance’s networking meetings, and its rapid growth, highlighted the need for a sizable expo in the heart of Essex.
