Greater Essex launches Property Market Review at UKREiiF 2025

Greater Essex has embarked on a bold new chapter with the official launch of the first edition of the Greater Essex Property Market Review, unveiled at the UK Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF) on 21 May 2025.

Developed in collaboration with the real estate consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton and other local experts, the Review offers comprehensive analysis of the region’s real estate landscape.

It highlights the strongest and fastest-growing sectors, celebrates recent deals and development, and showcases investment-ready opportunities.
